1. Start Outlook and click "E-mail Accounts" in the "Tools" menu.
2. In the "E-mail Accounts" window select "Add a new e-mail account". Click "Next".
3. Select "POP3" as incoming mail server type. Click "Next".
4. Under "User Information", type the name that you want others to see when you send a message in the "Your Name" text box and the email address in the "E-mail address" text box. Under "Logon Information", type the POP3 username in the "User Name" text box and the POP3 password in the "Password" text box. Under "Server Information", type the incoming server in the "Incoming mail server (POP3)" text box and the outgoing server in the "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)" text box. Click "More Settings".
5. In the "Internet E-mail Settings" window select the "Outgoing Server" tab. Check the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" box, then select "Log on using". Type the SMTP username in the "User Name" text box and the SMTP password in the "Password" text box. Click "OK" in the "Internet E-mail Settings" window and "Next" in the "E-mail Accounts" window.
6. Click "Finish". You are now ready to "Send and Receive" your email.
