1. Start Outlook and click "Accounts" in the "Tools" menu.



2. In the "Internet Accounts" window click "Add" and then click "Mail".



3. In the "Display Name" text box type the name that you want others to see when you send a message. Click "Next".



4. In the "E-mail Address" text box type the e-mail address. Click "Next".



5. In the "E-mail Server Names" window, select "POP3" as incoming mail server type and enter your incoming and outgoing mail servers. Click "Next".



6. In the "Internet Mail Logon" window enter the POP3 username in the "Account name" text box and the POP3 password in the "Password" text box. Click "Next".



7. Select the method you want to use to connect to the Internet. Click "Next".



8. Click "Finish".



9. In the "Internet Accounts" window select the account you just created and click "Properties".



10. In the "Servers" tab check the "My server requires authentication" checkbox then click "Settings".



11. Select the "Log on using" radio box and enter the SMTP username in the "Account name" text box and the SMTP password in the "Password" text box. Click "OK".



12. Close the "Properties" and "Internet Accounts" windows. You are now ready to "Send and Receive" your email.
