1. Start Mozilla and click "Mail & Newsgroups" in the "Window" menu to launch Mozilla's email program. 2. In the "Mail & Newsgroups" program click "Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings" in the "Edit" menu. 3. In the "Account Settings" window click "Add Account". 4. Select "Email account". Click "Next". 5. In the "Your Name" text box type the name that you want others to see when you send a message. In the "Email Address" text box type the e-mail address. Click "Next". 6. Select "POP" as incoming mail server type then enter your incoming server in the "Incoming Server" text box and the outgoing server in the "Outgoing Server" text box. Click "Next". 7. Type the POP3 username in the "Incoming User Name" text box and the SMTP username in the "Outgoing User Name" text box. Click "Next". 8. Type a name for this account in the "Account Name" text box. Click "Next". 9. Click "Finish". 10. Select "Outgoing Server (SMTP)" from the menu on the left. Type the outgoing server in the "Server Name" text box, select the "Use name and password" checkbox, type the SMTP username in the "User Name" text box and select the "No" option under "Use secure connection". 11. Click "OK" in the "Account Settings" window. You are now ready to send and receive your email.
